I can't even tell you how much I absolutely love journaling. I even just downloaded a new little program called "Idiary". But it definitely doesn't feel the same. There is something about just writing it all out. Getting out those feelings of the day(:
I have been really bad about writing every night. I use to be almost "religious" about it. But life gets busy, and I get lazy. So today was the day to make a change, and I am GOING to get back into it. (: No if, and's or butt's about it. Which brings me to another little topic. I figured why not today, today to be the day I change things up a little bit. I need to start to get in a schedule. Have things in order, makes life so much more enjoyable(:
(don't laugh, but I wrote it down..)
1. Wake up(:
2. A couple morning stretches, and wash my face.
3. Get ready for work, and pick out something really nice to wear. (DONT 1/2 IT, ACTUALLY GET READY)
4. Good HEALTHY breakfast, and hit the road.
5. Be positive at work, even when you're frustrated or it seems things aren't going right, smile on your face, and make it a good day.
6. Make sure all work is done at work and things are spic and span (you'll be happy the next day you got it done)
7. Drive home (and do the speed limit) enjoy your "you time" and listen to good motivating music. (don't be in such a hurry)
8. Eat (HEALTHY)
9. Exercise, (do this at least four times a week) and really really exercise, keep yourself fit and in shape.
10. clean that face ! & do your little face "regimens"
11. Journal journal journal.
12. youuu time(: Do somethin fun.
13. Calm down, scriptures, prayer, BED(:
I'ma try out it (: I love little schedules, and especially writing them down. Makes me feel like I am accomplishing something.
A client today at the salon was telling me something, that I really liked. She was saying, if she woke up late, and it made her late for work, there is a reason, maybe she is missing an accident, or anything. She was giving all sorts of examples though, and I loved it. Everything does happen for a reason, so no need to get frustrated (: Just keep doing what is right, and everything will all fall into place.
Quote. Of course(:
"
Remember that something incredible, is
always possible." -uknown.
Side note;;
Did a little fun project(: One of my friend's needed help with a little photoshoot, and guess who was the model. ! haha I was so nervous, and felt absolutely ridiculous, but it was so much fun. Especially going to old barns and just run down places (I like vintage-y stuff like that)
(and those cute little numbers I wore, have you know it Goodwill & Saver's baby(: )
loveee thrifting !
